Beautifully crafted based on behavioral psychology to support mothers
These are some of the psychological principles I used in designing the books, specifically based on "The Handbook of Behavior Change" published by Cambridge.
Every Parenting Book Kit has:
A personalized book (digital or printed)
A parent-child workbook (digital)
Two personalized habit charts (digital)
Visualization
involves imagining oneself successfully performing a desired behavior, like Roger Federer practices his tennis strokes in the mind. For children, seeing themselves in the books allows them to rehearse the behavior and habit mentally. It makes transition into reality NATURAL.
Self-Modelling
Psychologist Albert Bandura showed that children learn powerfully through observing. The strongest form of that is self-modelling, i.e. when a child observes himself performing a behavior successfully, he then models it.
Habits Shape Identity
Identity shapes habit. Children see themselves as , "I AM a child who uses hands wisely" or "I AM a child who listens the first time." It becomes their identity and makes the desired behavior and habit become natural and lasting.
Self Efficacy
I believe "I CAN DO IT" before I do it. The pictures gives them self belief to do it because they have already done it in the book, doing feels relatable.
